Terms & Conditions – Samui Wash & Dry

1. General Information
Welcome to Samui Wash & Dry. By using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


2. Service Description
We offer the following services:
• Wash, Dry & Fold
• Dry Cleaning
• Express Laundry Service

Self Service: 24 hours
Serviced Operating hours: 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Pickup & Delivery: 09:00 AM – 06:30 PM


3. Pricing & Payment
• Prices start from 60 THB per wash.
• A full price list is available in-store and online.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Prompt Pay, App Payment.
• All payments must be made at the time of drop-off or upon delivery.


4. Customer Responsibilities
• Please check all pockets before handing in laundry. We are not responsible for any items left behind (e.g. money, keys, documents).
• We do not accept heavily damaged or stained items without prior inspection.
• We reserve the right to refuse items that may damage our machines or pose a hygiene risk (e.g. oil-stained clothing, pet bedding).


5. Laundry Care & Liability
We treat all laundry with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:
• Minor shrinkage, color fading, or damage caused by manufacturer defects.
• Items without care labels — we follow standard washing procedures in such cases.
• Damage caused by pre-existing stains, tears, or low-quality fabrics.

In the rare case of loss or significant damage, compensation is limited to 5 times the service fee of the affected item.


6. Pickup & Delivery
• Customers must be available at the provided address at the scheduled time.
• If no one is present, rescheduling may result in an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are offered once the service has been completed.

• If there a problem, we will redo the service free of charge if reported within 24 hours of pickup.

• Customers may cancel their order before the washing process begins. After that, the full service fee applies. (Does not apply to Pick-up & Delivery fees.)


7.1 Missed Pick-Up - Full Service Fee

If a confirmed pickup slot is blocked and our driver arrives on time, but no laundry can be collected (e.g. due to hotel staff error or laundry not being ready), the full service fee will be charged.

This is because the time slot was reserved, could not be reassigned, and operational costs occurred.

We recommend informing hotel reception clearly to avoid such issues in the future

8. Privacy Policy
• We collect only minimal personal data (e.g. name, phone number) necessary to complete your order.
• Your data will never be shared with third parties.
• You may request the deletion of your data at any time.


9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Samui Wash & Dry reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available in-store and on our website.
